    WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM AN ENERGY WORK SESSION?

    EVERYONE can BENEFIT from a session. Energy blockages derive from self focused behaviors, anger, envy, hate, sorrow, theft, gossip, insult, eating impure food, injustice, unfairness, self-pity… basically any behaviors that cause powerful emotional sensations will draw energy in an unbalanced way. The energy drawn down is absorbed by the soul causing spiritual blockages and if this continues overtime it can create physical problem, which according to the law of the spiritual, must find realization in the material reality. You see how both world are connected and how spiritual informs the body and vice versa? So if we wish to avoid the development of problems or erase a problem that has already appeared in the body, we need to release the blockages causing it and integrate it fully.

    Along with intuition, I used Craniosacral Therapy (CST), a manual technique consisting of light touch (no body manipulation), listening, and good intention to engage the tissues, evaluate, and ENCOURAGE THE BODY TO CHANGE AND HEAL ITSELF. When working with the Craniosacral system, we encourage the flow of the Cerebrospinal fluid.

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    It involves the transfer of Universal Energy to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself balancing the life force within.

    You are simply comfortably, lying down, fully dressed up, on a massage table and I will lightly place my hands on different parts of the body to channel energy. 

    You will experience the benefits of Energy work if you simply allow what comes into your attention to just be. Become the witness of it all and allow it all to pass.

    WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO MOVE THE BODY?

    Mixing different practices such as YOGA, SCIENCE OF STRETCHING™, Do-in and QIGONG, I create sequences that activate and stretch the body, lubricating the joints in order to strengthen, gain flexibility and awareness of the physical body. As well as moving energy, releasing tensions held in the body. Learning to be mindful of the way we use the Breath with and for each movement.
